The Gibbon Reds are excited to share their next ballpark upgrade. Funds are currently being saved to purchase a new scoreboard for McGowan Field. After weighing out different options, the Gibbon Baseball Association (GBA) decided to go with a full 9 inning electronic scoreboard. Since it is going to be a big investment, the GBA is exercising some patience and making sure all 'bases are covered' before making the final purchase. Fans, players, and local businesses will have to opportunity to contribute to this project during the 2012 season.
